Betting trading bot

I want someone who has done this before working with bettingsites projects. Bet365 has a two horse racing offers the first one is called "the feature race 4/1 offer" and the second is called the "channel 4/1 offer". There are two bets that need to be made to make this system work, one bet is to be placed on betfair(lay bet) the other on bet365(back bet) the odds should be as close as possible. For example if betfair lay odds are 4.5 and bet365 back odds are 4.4 or 4.3 then it is a bet. This is how the bot should work 1 check on bet 365 what race the offers are available on 2 log into both betfair and bet365 15 minutes(this figure must be adjustable) before the race starts 3 monitor the odds on both sites at the same time 4 when an opportunity is spotted bet on betfair first at the requested stake and then on bet365 5 automatically clear the betslip at the end of each race 6 log out of both accounts after race is finished(on betfair the word suspended will usually show up to indicate the end of the race) 7 the next time the bot logs and has done step 1 check to see if there is a free bet in the bet365 account. If there is use that on the upcoming race there should be an entry box for the profit margin. The profit margin is worked out from the betfair stake. For instance if the betfair stake is £12 and I want a profit margin of £4 then I would subtract £4 from £12 and the answer would be my stake amount for bet365 -page refresh rate variable -settings on betfair stake so I can set whatever stake I want -must run in the cloud on auto pilot
