Build A Web Based Media Platform (Content Processing, Storage, Applications)

I'm looking for a platform that can achieve the following. Store media content Process media content through amazon elastic transcoder Create proxy files Store metadata Key functionality for the platform would be: A content archive module. A content screening module A drop box style module Integration To The [login to view URL] API for content to be passed and processed and passed back from. Integration with Adobe Anywhere Premiere Pro so that content can be passed to Premiere Pro from the archive module (video storage) All functions should be accessible through an API so an API layer should be provided. This will be to support mobile versions at a later date. To achieve this I can provide requirements specifications and designs for each of the key functions. These are fairly common media platform functions so you can look around to research to. As a developer you should be able to access design experience and skills to ensure a very attractive design for the solution.
