Build a simple database driven system with login using flex. using XAMPP and PHP

I need to connect to the database using php and sqllite. i have attached the sqllite file. you will need to create a flex project with a Adobe Flash Builder and you will need to connect the php script to the flex project using http service. the project should have a login and can have simple update/ delete function only for admin users. i don`t want the project to use amfphp or remote connections but i want it to connect uisng http service. I should be able to connect to the database, update and delete. I also want this project to be ready by tommorow afternoon 3pm
