Call Me Now Button

I need PHP Code for two different "call me now buttons".....they are clicking in order to be contacted about apartment vacancy that they would like to pursue.

Functionality Needed:

Once clicked the button will automatically call the phone number (entered by the client as a part of the call me now web form) from our managers telephone, and connect the two parties without delay.

Each button will be assigned to a different phone number.

what we are looking for is something that automatically dials out from our side of things (maybe through gmail chat or skype or some other app) and calls the person who has entered their phone number through your button. Business calling client rather than client calling business...
