Hello! My client is looking for a broadband speed tester similar to: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The speed test will need to test the user's download speed, and then test their upload speed. Then, the final screen will tell the user "Yes, you CAN have VoIP service because your connection is fast enough!". Otherwise, it will tell the user "No!". The client does not need a lot of fancy graphics like the speedometers at SpeedTest.net. We will use simple progress indicators like a bar chart. Looking forward to your bids! ---------------------------------------------- NOTE: If you post a bid for XX thousand dollars, I will probably ignore your post. I work best in small pieces and so we'll do many projects together in order to get this complete. For this project, PLEASE only bid on a simple prototype. When we finish the prototype, I will accept the project, give you a '10', and post the next piece of the project which will include a better design, more complicated coding, etc. ----------------------------------------------
