Create images slider with our design.

Hello, i need images slider, exact like in this demo - [login to view URL] !!! i have already the design, just neet to make it work! special requirements: ? The information should be contained in a XML file (that could be modified later ) ? The implementation should be cross browser (IE7/8/9, FireFox and chrome) ? If you need to , you can use other libraries and components. ? We'd like to see an implementation where each image is individually retrieved from the server, and another one that does not post back to the server on every image. Thanks.
