I need a php script written that will do the following: 1) Load a webpage (aspx) 2) Change some form parameters to load yesterdays date and also load all records 3) It then needs to loop through each row on the page and extract the information to an xml file, there is a block of text which needs to be broken up into seperate nodes. 4) Each row also has a link to a lightfbox which needs to be loaded and an image extracted from it 5) The image needs to be saved and recorded in the xml file with its accompanying row data for processing later I welcome your quotes and questions, if you can do this I will also need one more script doing the same thing on a different site. Hi, I write data scrapers as part of my day job. I usually quote 24 hours for such tasks, but normally I can write the necessary code within a few hours, provided the page to be scraped doesn't rely too heavily on javascript. The quote I've given here is just a nominal figure based on previous similar projects I've completed - could you give me a link to the actual site to be scraped? I'd be able to get a better idea once I've seen the site. If you want the source code, I can get this within a few hours I imagine. I'd write the code in either php or perl. If you wanted just the data rather than the code, then it may take longer (because of the amount of time required to actually scrape the data). Best wishes, John
