Create some Excel Macros to automate spreadsheet functions

The project involves building excel macros which will automate certain functions in a few excel worksheets that are receiving data, manipulating it and exporting it to others. The functionality isn't very complicated but we don't internally have the expertise to automate the desired functions and have an immediate need for the worksheets to have this functionality. Among the functions macros we would want written would perform include the ability for the macro to clear the template document of prior data, export worksheet data which is composed of formulas to other worksheets as values, take columnar data and load it into fields in another worksheet tab, etc.
We currently perform the following functions which we would want macros to automate:
We initially cut and paste tab-delimited columnar data from a txt file into a tab of a worksheet, cut and paste 5 columns of that data into another worksheet tab which contains an existing macro which performs certain functions...(the macro for that is already done) and thereafter we cut and paste the results of the data generated to another separate excel worksheet file. We paste as special that output to a tab of this other worksheet and then have another tab of that worksheet which has data fields, link those fields to specific columns of the input tab worksheet. If we have 25 rows of data which contain 40 columns of data, we would need 25 tabs created that provide calculated output for each row of data. There is an existing macro that exports the value results of the calculated output page(s) to a new worksheet so that macro is also already done.
