Custom HTML Code for Facebook Advertising

Background Information: I will be advertising to specific users on Facebook who list their employers in their profile. So for example, I will be advertising to Facebook Users in New York, NY who are employed by Morgan Stanley. The Advertising Process: In my Facebook ads, I will call out the name of the employer. For example, "Attn: Morgan Stanley Employees". When they click on the ad, they will go to a landing page that will say "Attn: Morgan Stanley Employees". This call out will change based on who I am advertising to. So the header must be able to change from Employer to Employer. What I Need: I need code custom HTML written on my landing page that will change the name of the employer on my landing page depending on the ad that they clicked on. Therefore, I need my URL to drive my landing page. I need a 1) template to create a URL that will drive the 2) Custom HTML on the landing Page.
