Creating an online booking system for the entertainment industry. At the present time there is a lot of hotel booking system, like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] so we are creating a booking system for the entertainment industry. At present there is already some of the development done but haven’t created the booking portal for this. There are certain sides to this; Control Panel – This is where the business staff will operate the business, it will have function like reports, user management, be able to book over the phone, be able to log into Business Portal and update inventory for them. Business Side – This side is where the business comes along and creates inventory be able to see their upcoming bookings, be able to see reports about their business, update their business information and see their financial information. Customer Side – Customers will have their own login, so they can see what they have recently booked, be able to get reminders, be able to write a review about their booking and other information as well. Website – The website will be were customers go to make their booking. This is also where business pages will show their inventory. As this has already a lot of hotel booking systems examples will be used in relation to them, but the business is for the entertainment industry. The hotel industry websites has the functions that I want to have. Payment – Payment will be $550.00 and will be paying $50.00 each fortnight as a milestone. Due to a lot of work that has been created already, this is not a big project. I will not be paying through Paypal or any other source than Freelancer, so do not ask for that, please understand that you as a Freelancer accept the Terms and Conditions that you will need to pay for the Freelancer Fees. I will not be paying for them. Timeframe – Negotiable, but aiming to be completed before the end of June. Please note – We will need to see development on a regular basis.
