Customizable Search Widget for Wordpress Website

Hello, We are a travel-focused Internet start-up company that's excited to showcase the best the world's great cities have to offer. We need a talented professional with knowledge of WordPress to create a customizable search widget for our website. The website will contain thousands of restaurant, hotel and other listings (in the form of blog posts). This widget will appear on every page. We require: - A widget with 3 fields of criteria for customizable drop-down lists of categories or tags (or a mix). Criteria 1: A List of Categories (Always the same) Criteria 2: A List of Tags (Specific to what's chosen in Criteria 1) Criteria 3: A Separate List of Categories (Always the same) - Details will be sent once a vendor is selected. Please note that the widget must be easily customizable from a WordPress Dashboard's "Widgets" or "Plugins" areas. For example, I should be able to add or delete pages, categories or tags from any of the lists. Also, the widget must be able to appear either in a Theme's sidebar or post area, and multiple versions of the widget must be able to appear on the same website. - I've attached a sample image of how the search widget might appear. Also: - You must quote on this project specifically. We will not accept generic packages or quotes. - Please attach sample logos that you have designed and a link to your online portfolio. - This project must be completed by September 23, 2011.
