Data Logger - Visual Basic 2010 -- 3

I have do a electronic project for weather monitoring system. I using zigbee for purpose of communication with PC. Now i able to read received data from USB port (serial port) in XCTU software. Now i need do a data logger and a website to view the data. For data logger part i need use Visual basic. The function need to be in data logger is. Able to see the data from serial port in real time and also auto safe in excel. The function need to have in website is, If can need to see the data in real time on website and also the excel file that save from data logger cab be view. Note 1: My title is "low cost - internet connected - weather monitoring system" so i need to have a data logger for it to view data and same data can be view on website. For data logger part must use Visual Basic 2010. If any changes in way to do data logger and website without effect the main function is can be discuss.
