I need a creative programmer who can create me a design studio.
The design studio will do the following take a photograph and replace the chosen area from he photograph with the color chosen from a palette of colors. See zip file for a photograph and sample palettes.
This program has to be interactive and accurate. Almost like a bucket fill process.
