Develop a Pay Per Click Sponsored Job Listings Module for Job Search Site

We are looking for a Pay per Click Module for our Job Search Engine to be launched shortly. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] will be a Job Aggregation Site and will be launched shortly. The site will contain jobs and will be free to the job seekers. The site will have an option for Employers to sponsor their jobs in a Pay per Click Model. We are looking for a Pay per Click Module for our Job Search Engine to be launched shortly. The pay per click module will be primarily for jobs in this case, Employers will post jobs or submit an RSS feed for us to pick up the jobs from, Employer will have the option to select a maximum per click bid they are willing to spend along with specifying the Daily / Monthly budgets etc. These sponsored listings will appear on top of the organic search results on the search engine. So the search results page will be a blend of both the organic results and sponsored listings. The pay per click sponsored jobs module will need to have some sort of API that we can use to submit the search when a client query is being made on the search engine and there will be an API to return the results back to our search result pages, sorted in an order based on the PPC Algorithm. The Key aspect of the project is going to be the PPC Algorithm itself and the various sub-algorithms required to built the PPC Algorithm. The algorithm will have to make sure that it maximizes the bidding process and gives suggestions to the employer (user) on how to increase their bids for higher placements etc. The PPC algorithm should also take care of sorting the results based on factors such as Relevancy of the job to the search query, maximum amount bid by the client, Client account Click Through Rate etc, the sorting of the results will be based on these factors combined together termed as "Jobscore" . The team working on this will have to make suggestions on what other factors can be included within the "JobScore" Algorithm to make it a very stable and revenue maximizing PPC Platform for both Granted and its Sponsoring employers. It is required that the team/company bidding for this project has extensive experience with PPC modules and ideally should have built such modules in other environments for other projects. It is very important that you have prior experience with this since otherwise your bid will not be looked at. The PPC module for the Employers will roughly contain sub-modules in their control panel such as 1) Billing Profile 2) Reports to show how them sponsored jobs impressions, clicks they have received along with information about the specific job they have received the impressions and clicks for etc. The reporting area will be as close to real time as possible, but a small possible delay is also fine based on the time it takes to compile the report based on backend data captured 3) An area where they can submit jobs, either one by one OR give us an RSS feed of jobs and insert all jobs from the RSS feed. The changes that an employer would make to their PPC campaign would have to be reflected in the search results on a real time basis, so it is highly important that the CODE and the corresponding Algorithm are highly optimized and should not have any performance issues once the system is under heavy loads. This is critically important. The team that is working on the project will submit the wireframe designs, discusses and gets the database structure approved to make sure they are working on the right track, Submit a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document during the initial part of the process and once everything is approved and agreed upon, the actually programming can begin.
