Develop online Price Quote Software For Website

We want to develop a personalized price software for our website. For eg.

We are a beauty and laser hair removal business in the UK [login to view URL]

We want our visitors to land on a new page named "personalized price quote" or "prices" and they read the content where we ask them to fll in some details or click some images and then we can calculate a quote for you instantly. We can do this on my website or we can redirect them onto another dedicated website I don't min. Whatever is easier.

The visitor will click on a human body with colour codes (see attached document which we have already done) this will be interactive and they will choose what area they want laser so for example they may choose underarms and legs. Then the software will calculate this and send it to them via email.

Also we do other treatments for example waxing, threading, slimming and so on. So we need to develop for these treatments a price quote

So for example I have attached another document called colaz personalized prices which gives you a quick draft what I am thinking on how to develop this software.

I am working with my colleague to produce a sketch for each treatment with prices so that we can insert this in the software.

We need this project starting soon. I suggest we host this price quote software on another website because my website may not be suitable for this but I maybe wrong.

This is the first time I think anyone is doing this and the reason why I am doing this is that I can collect their email address.
