Direct response Mailing + scheduled sendings

Hi thanks for your interest. So almost all is in the title. I need to get installed and customized what I call a "Direct Response and Scheduled mailing System". What it does? It sends you a mail right away when you registered, then sends you emails according to a scheduled sending calendar. I don't need one to create a full new script, I just need it to be customized a little. What a need as special features: * Be able to create more than one mailing list * Manage users (move them from a list to another etc) * Unsubscribe link * UTF-8 support and Japanese Chars Support (for non-UTF8) mobile phones If you bid on this project, MENTION by message - the base script you are going to use - what features you will have to customize and what features are already loaded by the script - the time it's going to take you to customize it I do prefer you to find a script which is close to what I need and you only have to do simple customization, that won't impact the price I'm ready to accept.
