Disabling browser print preview and print option

Greetings,

I have a php script like a document repository where user make login, search pdf and open document on your computer screen.

I am needing to disable the browser functions print preview and print document.

User can ONLY view the document.

I believe that is not possible with PHP but maybe a Chrome Extension or Explorer Plugin can be solved:

I thinking something like 'IF url is [url removed, login to view] DISABLE print functions' :-)

Maybe create a Delphy frame wich open php url instead?

I'm open to suggestions.
