Questions: 1. URL of page that doesn't work? User/Pass? 2. What's the exact problem? The page doesn't load? Loads with an error? 3. Any error messages on screen or in the error log? 4. cPanel and/or SSH access to the server available? 5. old hosting is turned down or can it still be accessed so settings can be compared?
