Cisco Access list help.

I am having problems getting an access list to work witha ciso 2600. ANy help!? Here is what I am trying to do: 1 machine, I want to block all traffic to all ports except ports 25, 80 and 110. Block all other traffic to that machine. All the other machines on the network should be open to the net. I would like a text file with all the lines starting at config t. I already have the group (100) bound to the ethernet0/0 interface. SHould it be serial?
