DirectAdmin exec_dir migration HOWTO

Goal of this project is to run php with exec_dir patch ([url removed, login to view]), this should be migrated to DirectAdmin custombuild.

There must be clear and working instructions to follow and as a result there will be running instance with exec_dir support working as it should be.

Environment: php 5 cgi (suphp)
