asterisk project, implementation and operational support

I need someone to develop an asterisk system that can be rapidly deployed as we receive orders.? Ideally I would like a bootable CD with all of the following configured. I am envisioning a 1.4 (or 1.6 with persuasion) dahdi build with asterisk gui.? firewall configured, etc. In addiiton, design and implement a standard set of features and dial plan (call parking, facility to change IVR greetings, etc).
