configure server (DNS, Horde, ISPConfig)

I have recently set up a server running ubuntu 6.10. I would like someone to check the server and make sure it is configured properly to run a name server, DNS, mail server, virtual host web server, and be able to send and receive emails. Finally I would like the latest version of horde installed as a webmail client for multiple virtual hosts. It has ISPConfig installed on it. What I am looking for as a result is having the server set up to host multiple websites that I can easily add using ISPConfig and access using FTP.
