Automated translation of an Mediawiki-XML-Import-File with 11.000 Articles

We would like to export an Mediawiki-XML-File, translate this XML-File (11000 Articles of technical data) automated from german to englisch and import it into our english Mediawiki. Due to the Fact, that these Articles are mostly technical data, the automated translation process should produce "acceptable" results. This would be a one time process - so we just need the translated XML-File. NOT a webservice that translates such XML-Files! The XML-File should be translated with Google-Translator, because a small test with that Engine produces good translation results. Write a Program, that uses Google Translate to translate the Mediawiki-XML-File from German to english. To import the translated XML-File after the translation process in the new Wiki, every Wiki-Syntax, HTML-Tags, XML-Tags etc. must not be translated or changed!
