CSS Tableless Design for Affiliate Site

I require a tableless, CSS designed website for an affiliate site. Pages will include homepage, product page, product description page, and article page. RSS webservice for linking images and products from affiliate backend will be provided. Site must incorporate ?€œf pattern design?€ Site must be built in CSS WITHOUT the use of tables with text content at the top of the source code. Site resolution must be 1024 X 768 * Site text must be in Arial (dummy content acceptable) CSS must be fully contained within an external style sheet where possible instead of on page. A WordPress installation is also required that is fully integrated into the ecommerce environment. Specific layout and image requirements will be provided to successful bidder.
