Continue developing [login to view URL] with additional features and minor changes. The site has been created and is almost fully functional. We need you to manage minor changes and make several feature additions: - Institute Pay for Post management to allow charging for some posts - Integrate PayPal CC Processing for collection of payments - Setup PayPerClick and PayPerImpression ads and ad management - Create User Message Center for managing emails sent to advertisers - Develop Text Messaging for instant delivery of reply emails and new posts Required deadline needs to be 15 days. If you need longer, please advise. ## Deliverables The following will provide detailed information on each required feature: **- Institute Pay for Post management to allow charging for some posts ** The current system allows all users to post in all categories at not cost. We want to create a system where the admin can require payments for select categories. This system will allow the admin to "check" or otherwise select which categories will require payment for posting. They will also be able to determine the about for each post and each section. The admin will also be able to charge different amounts for different categories. For example; all "For Sale items" may be free, while "Job" postings may be $1.00 each In addition - different cities will cost different amounts and the admin should be able to edit this based on the city. Larger cities will cost more and some cities will continue to be free. The Admin will also be able to discount the amount charged for multi-city posting. This should be a specific amount discount OR a percentage discount. The admin will be able to choose which method to use. For example: - 2 City Post = 5% discount - 3-5 City Post = 10% Discount - 6-10 City Post = 15% Discount The admin will be able to choose the number of cities and the amount of discount. **- Integrate PayPal CC Processing for collection of payments ** We have an existing, confirmed PayPal account and will use this payment method. We would like to integrate this into the system so that users don't have to "leave" our site to make payments; however, if this is required, it will work. We would prefer users to make the payment through our site, using the PayPal API code. **- Setup PayPerClick and PayPerImpression ads and ad management ** We already have GoogleAdsense working on the site but would like to further this with PayPerClick and PayPerImpression advertising for site sponsors. This system should allow the admin to choose categories (ie: Real Estate, Adult, Automotive, etc) where the ads will be displayed. The admin should also be able to select the City, Cities, State, or National Area, where the ads will post. For example: Some advertisers may wish to ONLY advertise in Charlotte North Carolina while other advertisers may want to post National ads. **- Create User Message Center for managing emails sent to posters & advertisers ** When a user creates an account, they provide an email and all replies are forwarded to their email address. We would like to modify this system and allow the user or advertiser to choose how to be notified about replies. i. Standard Email Notice - Like the current system, all replies will be redirected to the user's email address and forwarded to their inbox. ii. On-Site Emails Only - All emails will be held on site and the user will have to log in to retrieve emails. Only a daily notice will be sent to the user when they have new emails held on the site. They will be able to login and reply to the emails through the site. NOT WITH user@BlitherNet.com. Instead, they can reply, but the replies will be sent using their own email address and software (Outlook, etc). iii. Text Notice - While emails are held online or sent to the user, they can also choose to have the emails (or the first part of the email) to their mobile phone. Any time a reply is sent, the user will receive a text message. Users can choose which method to use for message delivery. They can select one or all methods. The same will apply to Sponsored Advertisers. Any time someone clicks on their link, they can choose to receive a message. (NOTE: We don't have an account system setup for advertisers. This will need to be created and allow advertisers to track their ads; clicks, IP addresses, etc) **- Develop Text Messaging for instant delivery of reply emails and new posts ** You need to develop the text delivery system for the above feature. The admin should be able to create text messages to send to select users (by state, city, category, number of posts, etc). - Admin Email System You will create a system for the admin to send emails (like text messages mentioned above) to select users based on state, city, number of posts, categories, post topics, user name, address, zip, etc) Required deadline needs to be 25 days.
