Custom marketplace for buyers and sellers using spree commerce

After developer fully understands the requirement, the developer will send a prototype for review before jumping into design and programming We need an expert developer with aesthetic eyes to develop a custom marketplace using spreecommerce. This is a marketplace were sellers can list an item for sale and buyers can buy this item. We have similar sites we will like to benchmark and this will be sent to you once contractors start to pitch for the job. The built site must have all the functionalities of the benchmark site. We want the site to be built on ruby on rails with an nginx server. The hosting service will be amazon EC2. However we are open to using rackspace or google commute engine for hosting. Developer should be familiar with the system above and the various languages for these systems. After the benchmark site is sent and the developer has a good idea of what is required, the developer should send us a proposal that includes 1. The process that you will be using for this job 2. Your experience or portfolio of similar jobs you have worked on 3. Expected milestone to complete job This job will have milestones. I will fund 100% of the payment in Escrow for the each Milestone. When each milestone is completed then the payment will be released. Milestone will be considered completed when it meets the requirement discussed We're looking for reasonable supplier/contractor. Any proposal without any suggestions on how to accomplish the goals will not be considered. All deliverables will be considered work made for hire under U.S. Copyright law. SEO optimization 7. The developer should keep our long term goals in mind when building the site architecture. Our long term goals include adding a booking engine, calender and map to the site. We have a detailed requirement that we will send when contractors send in bids and also request for it.
