Advanced Yahoo ID Scanner

Looking for coder or company to research and develop a way to scan Yahoo Messenger ID's. This scanner would not work like most scanners do. In most scaners the user is required to have a list of id's to work from. This scanner would use the letters a through z and numbers 1-0 as well as all special keyboard characters forxeample @#%@#% to search for ID's that have been created on Yahoo chat. It would also check to see if the Yahoo ID has been locked or not. This scanner would be very advanced and use different methods to search for ID's. CODERS AND COMPAINES THAT HAVE USED YAHOO ONLY NEED APPLY. ## Deliverables A complete working ID scanner. Only to be done in VB. ## Platform Windows XP Pro.
