Automated E-mail VB or Fox Pro Program

Hello, We sell software and books on the internet primarily through [login to view URL] and our own website. When a customer purchases a product we receive a "Sold Now-Ship Now" email from [login to view URL] that contains all of the order information. The problem with the [login to view URL] email is that it is 3 pages long due to redundant order information and Amazon purchase policies. On very order we receive from Amazon, we manually delete all of the redundant information until we are left with a one page invoice. We email this invoice to the customer, then print it out. Wed use the printed out email as the packing slip and address label. Samples of these purchase emails and how our final invoice currently looks is avaliable to estimate this job. We need a visual basic or Visual Fox Pro program that automates the e-mail invoice processing task. We process 50 to 75 emails a day, so automatation can save significant amounts of time. There are three different companies we receive emails from: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and StoresOnline.com. Each companies email describes all of the purchase information but the layout is different in each one. If the customer bought multiple products, each products quantity needs to be listed in the email we send to the customer. The VB program needs to create a confirmation email that is sent to the buyers email address with the product purchase information on it. First, this confirmation email will be printed out. We will take this email, cut off the mailing label, and tape the mailing label to the shipping box with clear tape. The remainder of the email will serve as the invoice / packing slip and will be put into the box with the product. Second, The confirmation email produced by the VB program is sent to the customer through outlook. We send it through outlook because I am able to look in my 'sent files' folder and view the list of all emails sent out. If you have a better way, let me know. Third, we need to create a shipping log in excel that will contain the customers unique order number, shipping method, website name, customer name, product (each product associated with the order will be listed sequentially in its own row), price, tax, state. A column will be left blank for the shipper; a columb will be left blank for the ship date. We have a shipping log you can use as an example. Fourth, an excel spread sheet needs to be created with all of the invoice information on it. We can modify this file for download into QuickBooks. Fifth, we need to create an email form that we can use for orders that are phoned in to us. We will fill out the form manually with all of the purchase information. This form can also be used for product returns and exchanges. Sixth, some of the orders come to us without the buyers email address. In this case, I put in my email address. Your VB/Visual Fox Pro program needs to be able to handle orders without email addresses. Seventh, some of the orders are dropped shipped to the publisher, so after the email is sent to the customer, I may need to re-open the email and sent it to the publisher for order fulfillment. The emails are currently received and sent out from Outlook on the XP machine. We are corrected to the internet with a high speed cable LAN connection through our cable provider.
