Client/Server Send msg box to server

This is a project I have already started and can't figure out how to finish it. I have attached a zip file with the project I need finished. What I need is a client and server. The client will send data to the server to create a message box on the remote hosts computer. If you download the zip, you will see how I want this to work. There is 2 text boxes one for the title of the msg and one for the text. There are 3 check boxes to choose from either vbCritical, vbExclamation, and vbInformation.
