Convert Small Accounting Sys

Attached is a copy of an old dos accounting program. It is very simple and compact. I especially like the "actual report" that looks like a spreadsheet. I would like this program cloned. I have also attached the vb project where someone started this project and did not finish. Many of the screens are done, but none of the backend coding is done. Please take a look and see if someone can quickly finish it for me. I needed it for the begining of the year, and I am behind on the project.
