Convert. Small VB project to Php

I need my VB6 (not VBScript) code using an Access atlas database converted to Php using a MySql database. An Input, a Search, and a Results php page is required (ok, if all located on the same page). This can not be super-difficult since this exact VB code was converted to Php pages by someone else in order to create the 3 pages at: [login to view URL] and /[login to view URL] and /[login to view URL] Unlike his /[login to view URL] page, my code uses an Atlas database to supply the longitude/latitude/time zones once the user has selected their country/state/county. Unlike his /[login to view URL], mine would display 9 comparison numbers generated by the program (see attached .bmps). The code is 813K. Of that, 424 is the .dll, 162K is .frm/frx files, and the remaining 227K are the modules & .bas files. Without the code required to make it function in VB, the amount of code to be converted is smaller. Modules and [login to view URL] are attached. FUNCTION OF CODE: The viewing member is compared against other members in the database (using the converted VB code) ….. and the 9 comparison numbers are displayed (in member’s sort preference) for those who meet their search filters for distance, gender, PFC score, etc. If possible, I would like to my exiting forum’s MySql database to store/retrieve the membership information (or at least reference the Member_ID field). No graphics or page decorations are required. Once this contract is completed, if you are interested, I will have follow-on contract(s) to integrate the Php pages into my website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Any web browser that can view a php page
