I Have a data which is exported on CSV file with these employee details. UserID, Contract, Name, FirsName, Date, Time In&Out. The data must be collected into databases which will contain employee details including schedule and standard working hours.
I would like a database which will.
Check the employee start time against the schedule and calculate the employee total work based on the schedule start time and not on the actual.
Any overtime must be recorded on a different Colum in the table (overtime is only generate if the employee work more than his standard time).
Replace any blank cell in the database by an absence code e.i H for Holiday, S for Sick...... These must be available on the report by employee or contract. further information.
The employee daily working hour must be recorded by day with an absence code in the empty cell.
The employees are allocated a fixed shift and a fixed contract.
If the employee check in before their schedule time, it hours will only start calculated from his schedule start time.
If the employee checks in after his schedule start time total hours of the day will start from his actual start. and a flag must be raised to further report on it for lateness.
