Dial VPN Programmatically

Hi Coders! I want a simple application that has a few text boxes: Server name, Username and Password. I will have a connect button and when this connect button is clicked an IPSEC or L2TP VPN connection is made to the server in the server text box, using the provided username and password. It will have a disconnect button that disconnects from the VPN. It should capture the basic error messages cleanly, like wrong username or password, or server is not responding. Once connected, I would like to have the newly acquired IP address to be saved in a variable. PS: I know I am able to do this with CMAK, but I want it to be much simpler and easier, and I want to use this simple application as a start for a more extended version. PS2: I only expect this application to work on XP or 2000. PS3: It would be a plus if there would be a check to see if dial-up services and/or ras is installed, and if not, installs the necessary binaries. I can provide a link on this if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and/or Windows 2000
