Apache, Wordpress, Server Crashes

Hi, I need hep with my current wordpress website. I am currently getting 10k-15k visitors a day. From time to time (sometimes 1 month sometimes every few days) the server crashes and my website goes down. I am forced to restart the server. I keep being told it is the Apache Server. Something is overloading the CPU, memory and the server (view attached screenshot). I am not sure if the Apache settings can be configured to the right settings for my wordpress website. I need this problem sorted, something is causing the server to suddenly crash. I have checked with my Dedicated Server company and they insist the server is setup correctly but i will need to have a specialist to look at it.
