CBL listed IP address help

I have one of four IP addresses on my server listed on the CBL listing, I am having trouble receiving and sending emails to many people, I believe because of this issue. The IP address was deleted from the CBL list but only to be added again later on. We need to find out whats causing this problem stop it and get the IP address taken off the list. All Rights Reserved > > > > Links: > ------ > [1] [login to view URL] > [2] [login to view URL] > [3] [login to view URL] > [4] [login to view URL] > [5] [login to view URL] > The message seems to be the same in all these emails but the subject line changes from different things like HI, February Special Offers, Email Handling Opinion Needed, Invoice from [login to view URL] ect... and instead of [login to view URL] at the bottom it is showing different urls like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] all going to the same website. I am unsure what action to take from this point, possibly updating to the latest version of the [login to view URL] or possibly removing and inserting a mail to link. Ideas or suggestions welcome. I am about to make my decission on this project.
