AJAX Search System (PHP Member Access)

This small project needs to be done quickly. What I require is a system where an admin creates a new link, and the user is able to search and click on the link to open in a new window. Design can be very simple as the attached files is only an example to show what the project should look like. Example when an Admin adding a new link: Model no: TD1234 URL: [login to view URL] Description - Dishwasher [Add new Link] What the user/member sees when they search 1234 or TD or TD1234 will be what's shown on the attachment "search-results-list" Member/User Access ================= - Login - Search - Logout Admin ===== Create / Edit / Delete Users (First Name, Last Name, Username, Password, Role: (Admin/Member), Categories allowed for searching link) - no need for email address. Create Category(Description in Search) Adding Links for access (Model Number - URL link - and Description (category) The admin area is to create users, set which category they can only search, multiple category can be selected for each user. Example: See the attached file "search-results-list" - The user types in model TD1234 - It will not only bring up that model, but also other models which is similar too. I would like the search to be much broader, another example is that the user can search for 1234. It will also bring up TD1234, TD1234W and TD1234S, but only if it is in the Description which they are allowed to search. If the user is only able to search the link for Dishwasher and Washing Machine for category(description), user will not be able to see TD1234S which is under Refrigerator. Only serious bidders who fully understands the project and is able to finish within the deadline given.
