Required a complete www for an Activity company based in Hawaii An established watersports business in Maui, Hawaii needs a fresh www. Activities offered: Kayak & Snorkeling Surfing & Standup Paddling SCUBA Windsurfing Kite Boarding Hiking All these activities will have multiple locations, and uniques times, prices, etc. Each location can have multiple activities (Surfing, Standup paddling, kayaking all at one location) Specific Activity and a specific location can have multiple tour options (ie. No idea where anything is and what tours and activities available. We want to empower the user to gather information easily and made their vacation activity plans with us. After answering what seems to be a million phone calls, and the same questions over and over, we want to provide island visitors with a user friendly site that will answer 90% of their questions and ultimately book a tour online. Propose using a real estate framework with tours substituted for homes with the core being a island map with the tours and activities identified on the map. The used would have control over the activities they would be interested in and these would then be identified on the map via icon with a clickable or mouse over for a balloon with a tour summary and if they care to “drill down” or click a different tab on balloon to get the full sales pitch on the specified tour. Different activities have different specifics that would be presented in information (ie. kayaking snorkeling stops, miles paddled, etc. but not relevant to surfing. surfing is water depth, board types, etc.) see. The location, the “zone” for the activity, etc. ideally this would be a wordpress site so our admin. could easily update. but again, need to have the most suitable software for this work Site layout and cosmetics are very important as these are emotional purchases, and discretionary. Want activity and tour information to be easy accessible in your face Fully functional www with the basics including a photo gallery, about us, contact us, friends, etc. Needs a reservation page / cart, auto email information, directions, etc. site needs to be expandable as we may include other activities like an activity desk. site needs to be for mobile units too design is critical.
