Add Previous and Next Arrows to Menu WP

we have a wordpress website with a menu. There is several categories. We want there to be added
a "" arrow for the user to be able to switch the categories. It is allowed to refresh.
only the arrows need to be added everything else is done. Arrows can be manually linked.
