Add XML search in 10 domains

Following are the requirement: I need someone with php or XML knowledge to code in the XML search feed (i will provide you the coding in a Doc) across 10 domains. Ideally all the Domains will be a search engine generating result from different source through the XML search feed/code which I will provide. Also require word press which is a content plugin/software or any another content software installed in the websites. All the domains will be hosted in external server or VPS with high bandwidth as I am expecting high volume of traffic.
