Adding Buttons to WooCommerce Product Page

I have a project that requires the addition of a couple of buttons to the product page an existing woo-commerce website. I currently use Woo Commerce Email Inquiry and Cart Options to add a product enquiry button and this works very nicely. What I would like to do is duplicate this functionality to product the following buttons. I do not need admin access to this, the additional buttons will be a piece of static code that will appear by default on all pages as per the visual I have mocked up and attached. Buttons as follows 1 x Static button that links to download a copy of a brochure (PDF which we will host and supply) 1 x Dynamic button that opens a popup of the user to add their email address/addresses to where the product information will be emailed to 1 x Request a callback which simply is a pop up form that allows the user to add their phone number which is then emailed to us and we call them back. As you can see from the mock up, what I am trying to achieve is a little tweak to the existing plugin I'm using. This can be done via hardcode of the PHP files or by adding a new template to the plug in. But I am also open to your recommendations on this.
