Adsense website (wordpress) with daily minimum earning of $25 - $35 per day

Hi Everyone, This is my second project and I have already awarded my 1st project "ads money creation website" and currently its under construction. Before you bid on this project please check/read carefully as I am not here to change professional Freelancer ever month and neither I have time to do [login to view URL] only bid you want to work regular basis. Project Description: I'm looking for a very professional and realiable Google Adsense website creator( wordpress) that is able to create an Adsense site that must generate AT LEAST $25 - $35 USD per day. Revenues should be continued for a minimum of 6 months. I will consider this a success with a total of $762.50 per month consistent in Adsense revenue calculated at $25 per day X 30.5 days for the month. More information on this below. CONTENT Content must be original and unique and attracting to users. The site must look clean and professional and content must not be copied, copyrighted, illegal, spun and no auto blogging. MONETIZING The primary method of monetization of the website will be Google AdSense. SEO/TRAFFIC All traffic MUST be organic - NO blackhat methods, PPC, PPV, autosurf sites, no bots or fake referrers. Unique organic traffic only please. Site must be SEO optimized with popular and often used keywords. Backlinks must be 100% legitimate and whitehat, spamming is not allowed. CAUTION-Very Important Site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% ( Very Important! ). Never forget this at any time! MONTHLY WORK After the site has reached its goal and have stable income between $25 and $35 per day I will give you the option of accepting a consistently Monthly $65 per month. I understand an Adsense focused website must be maintained so you will receive $65 every month to create quality content, and do the relevant SEO work. The idea is to make the website income more stable and extend the results for longer than 6 months so long as possible. In short, you will receive an additional $65 per month extra as you maintain the websites consistent income. A further incentive is, if we succeed with the first project, I will award you with 9 more same projects. The minimum I will offer you is the same as the original fixed project fee ($400) as the first Adsense website. And I will be offering you $65 for each website per month as long as you can maintain the $762.50 per month in Adsense revenue. Ultimately 10 websites can equal an additional $700 per month consistent income for the Adsense specialist as well as the $500 for each site (Total can be $5,000) for 10 sites). I am looking for a long term business relationship, so I provide the incentive for you to do a good job. If we can reach our goal, I am considering paying out bonuses to show my appreciation also. I'll CHECK YOU When you bid on this project I will check your profile to see your portfolio and feedback seeking similar work. If I see similar work incomplete or negative feedback for such work, please explain to me what went wrong and why it will not happen to me. HOW PAYMENT WILL WORK: 1º At the beginning'll just create a milestone with 50% of the total amount of your bid. 2º When I see revenues increase and receive my first payment ($762.50), I'll create the other 50% milestone. 3º Payment will only be released after the project achieve the objective which is consistent daily Revenues of $25 to $35 days over a period of 2 full months or $1,525.00). 4º After the project Achieve the goal and after you have been paid, you will start receiving $65 every month as long as we can keep the monthly minimum $762.50 income consistent. I will then release project #2 to you privately. I am reasonable so if one month the figures are slightly off by a few dollars, I will work with you.
