Advanced Facebook Appliation Developer Wanted

Looking for an experience facebook application developer (must have developed 3+ complex e-commerce application).

Brief Features:

- the application will have to be managed via a website by many admins

- it will be a contest where users win based on the # of invitation to someone's fan page

- login to the website will be via facebook login API

- show the top contestants on a tab

- website will have subscription management where we rent out the application for one fan page or unlimited fan page

- the user interface for the contest will be customizable by the admin (ability to upload their own banner, background color and start/end date of the contest.

- ability to give an admin 7 day free trial of the application

- ability to get user's email and contact info after a contest is done

- we need to be sure that the interface is clean for admin and also for the contest (looking for someone who has good interface design back group, however we will help with that also)

- must have solid communications skills.

Must have a strong team to test the application and support after its developed if any bugs are shown.
