Basic clean & Modern website for PA hire needed

Hi all, I am starting up a side business of hiring PA systems around my local area for various occasions. I would like to have an online presence which will compliment a Facebook page I am creating. I would like the website to be clean and modern (some suggestions of sites I like will be at the bottom of this post). At this stage, the website needs 4 or 5 basic pages which should all look the same (apart from the content changing, obviously). These will be Home / About, Packages, Extras and Contact. The website does not require much changing, it would be good if I can edit the content if I want to change some wording / modify my packages. I work as a Windows systems admin so I think I should be able to handle this fine. The website must be viewable on tablets / phones to an extent - I don't want a mobile version of the page, it just simply must be viewable. I will require some assistance and thoughts with the layout of the pages - I would expect that the person building this website would have experience with this.
