Bigcommerce home page static page place holder update - repost

Hello, For this project we need to build a static placeholder to go over top of our current bigcommerce site. The placeholder will be very simple with the following. 1. Static banner 2. Link to email 3. About us section 4. What we do 5. Current and past clients 6. one or two other home page sections yet to be determined. The current BC site will be hidden from public view, so you need to know how to do that. An example would be [login to view URL] without any dynamic links. We would like to get this done within 1-2 day of awarding, and work together on the project. After the 1-4 day period in which we need the placeholder, we would ask that the site be replaced back to stock and the temporary file removed.
