Bootstrap HTML CSS webdesigner - upgrade + new functionality

We develop a B2B cloud solution for mid-market companies and are in the proces of Lean product development. Currrently we are talking to customers and investors and need to show a very good looking prototype (MVP) of our solution. This prototype is 100% visual an non working. Parallel to the prototype we are developing the 'real'solution in Java. Tasks: 1. Convert our basic HTML/CSS prototype to a awesome look & feel using a Twitter Bootstrap based template like [login to view URL] 2. If task 1 is succesfully completed, improve an extend the new Boostrap based prototype with improved and new pages. Goal is to deliver a good looking, working prototype (Minimum Viable Product) - HTML - CSS - JavaScript - LESS - Twitter Bootstrap - jQuery & jQuery widgets (Flot, Sparklines, Calendar, Uniform, Gritter etc.) - basic PHP - Git A Non-Disclosure Agreement is required.
