As per the description, you basically want a responsive website. I have understood the concept but need to discuss the specs/features of the system in detail such as: 1. Whether the users will login/register on the website? 2. Please confirm if features like Image Slider, Newsletter Subscription, Discount, Offers, Best Seller etc. are required or not. These features are very important considering the concept of your website. 3. Also regarding this: "The photos upload should be quality oriented. If less megapixel it should be restricted.". Please consider that there is no way to check the quality of an image by code. We can check the size of the image but not the quality.
