Build Website for Sale

I own over 12 of the best TLD on the market. Have been offered over $1000 just for the domain. Some over $5000.00 So, I am looking for one or more designers, programmers, SEO experts to help make the domains a big sale. Here is my project. 1. SEO Need the best SEO expert to bring the domain to the top. 2. WEB DESIGN Need the a great designer to make the site POP when buyers are looking at it. 3. PROGRAMMER. Need an outstanding programmer to make the back end of the site do all the site SHOULD do to compete in the WWW. Since I was offered $1OOO AS THE low PRICE FOR THE DOMAIN alone, I am willing to split this 4 ways. 1/4 for the SEO, 1/4 for the design, 1/4 for the programming and the last 1/4 for me. That is $250.00 minimum for each of the people willing to help build them out for sale. Then since that is a guarantee to you, you will get a 10% bonus on the sale amount. So if the sale is $10,000 then you will get a $1,000.00 bonus, less the $250.00 already paid.
