Build Website, joomla, or other suitable language

I need a website to list and sell products. Thw website will have 1 to three products really big on the first page with a timer above each that is counting down. Each hour the prices will drop a bit lower by a specified percentage. I need to be able to set the time and the percentage to lower by. At the end of the time the products will move to the bottom of the page in a like a slider across the bottom and be back at the regular price. In addition to the timer each product should also list the qty in real time. When the price changes it should cross out the price and leave it displayed and then also show the new price. I need to be able to manually adjust the qty as well. The timer needs to be big and the qty as welll...it needs to be designed to make the users feel they are getting a deal and need to act fast..it should ask for their email the first time they visit the site to be able to send them deals...if they do not enter their email it is still not a problem.. The product listing needs to have multiple photos the open in a lightbox type feel or something similiar. Ont he front page it will explain how to use the site...etc... the site needs to only be 1 - 2, 3 at the most pages at this point in time. A front page with the products being sold and the past products at the bottom scrolling by...a contact page for contacting us and signing up to receive email promotions... I am using godaddy for hosting and need to the designer to configure it for use with the website. I also need a control panel to be bale to update the site. I will use paypal for billing and selling
