Build a Website that let's users customize a 3D Stage

I need a website that lets users customize a 3D space with templates of 2D images and 3D models. There will be a list of 3D models (in categories) that they can choose from and drag and drop onto the stage. The system should allow users to register and login. There are 3 types of users being admin, managers and normal users. Admin users will be able to add/delete templates and 3D models onto the website. Functionality for both managers and normal users will pretty much be the same, just that managers are allow to manage multiple accounts within their accounts. 3D models in the format of FBX or OBJ will need to be supported. It should also be able to render the models with textures for the users to view when they are dropped onto the stage. The users should be able to move, scale the models etc, and save their progress and submit their work. Would be great if the system can implement animations of the 3D model. The system should be able to export some information regarding the user's design, you are welcome to suggest any output method that would work best. The website does not need to support for payment in this stage, but need to put payment into consideration for future integration. The website has to be coded in HTML5, Flash will not be accepted. Graphics and UI design of the website will be provided by you as well. These are the basics of the website, feel free to discuss with me if interested.
