There should be dedicated user areas for users where they can view and update their profile, update and view their membership and search for posted jobs and post new jobs. Hire and contact care-givers and care-givers must have the option to contact parents. 8. There should be an option to feature a job post or care-giver profile, this option will show the respective image on home page featured job section. 9. There are three payment options for each member, which are, PayPal, Credit Card and Western Union. 10. There should be an option of recurring payment. 11. While hiring care-givers, the families must have an option to request for a background check through email. 12. The job search page must have detailed filters and functionality to search for the required job or profile. 13. The domain, hosting and SSL certificate have already been purchased for the website. The SSL certificate will be applied by you. 14. There must be a referral program through which members can refer other users to the website 15. There must be an invoicing system, which automatically sends invoices to members who have made a payment or upgrade their membership. 16. A reporting system must also be put in place 17.
